Villa Quintaessencia features a large gourmet kitchen, a semi-circular great room with wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor windows, and soaring columns surrounding an open tropical plant atrium. There are four huge air-conditioned suites, each with custom mahogany furnishings and cabinetry, with bathrooms en suite. The infinity-edge pool has an island gazebo in its center for sitting in the shade, catching the breezes and for casual dining.
There are many stone terraces for sunning, a sheltered dining area with an outdoor barbeque, and a romantic dining nook perched on an ocean cliff offering breathtaking sunset views. An air-conditioned media room, with a separate full bath, provides large screen projection TV viewing, DVD and CD systems. The sound system extends from the great room to the gazebo, and there is a separate sound system in one of the master suites. The two air-conditioned master suites overlook the ocean and are graced with couple's flagstone showers, baths en suite, and terraces.
The two additional very large air-conditioned suites, with full baths en suite and flagstone double showers, are very private with views of tropical gardens.
